Delivery + Returns
All items are handmade in my studio in West Yorkshire in small, limited edition ranges. I aim to send out all orders within 5 working days of receipt.
If you would prefer to pay by cheque or bank transfer then please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I use 1st class Royal Mail for all UK deliveries and Royal Mail Air Mail for all international deliveries. If you require tracked or guaranteed shipping please contact me directly and I can calculate the shipping cost for you. All orders over £100 receive free shipping.
Please inspect the items upon receipt and notify me by email within 7 days if the goods are damaged or faulty. Otherwise you will be deemed to have accepted the goods.
I hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not, please return it to me in its original state (with all labels still attached) within 14 days. The item can be exchanged or refunded in full. Unfortunately I cannot refund the return postage cost unless the item is faulty. If I do not receive the item back, I cannot issue a refund or exchange. All bespoke, personalised orders are non-refundable.
Please return all items to the address on the Contact page. You are advised to obtain a proof of posting when returning goods as returned goods lost in shipping remain your responsibility.
